Humana PEOPLE TO PEOPLE mafia looks for victims in Estonia.

HUMANA PEOPLE TO PEOPLE is an international syndicate specializing in
grey business, money laundering and tax fraud, which uses altruism of
young people for financial benefit of small group of its leaders.  Now
that their business in many European countries is getting limited by
law, they have started to look for victims from Estonia.

Few days ago their ad was published in "career" mailinglist of Tartu
University.  My reply to it with a warning was unfortunately not
published in list. (update: it was published few days later).  We are
dealing with serious problem here which needs to be brought to attention
of media, before it is too late!  I hope some of more popular daily
paper will also cover this subject, before tens of naive young folks go
to slavery abroad.  Its probably too optimistic to hope that Estonian
government itself will take any action against this criminal
organization..

In short: youths are lured to participate in this "charity" organization
with low entrance fee and promise of work continuing in Africa.  Most of
people who swallow it of course don't get anywhere near Africa, instead
of that they will be put to work in processing of used clothes and
street "fundraising"(read: begging money on streets).  When the victim
has fulfilled its use in those ways, the possibility to do some real
work in Africa will "magically" disappear and they will be sent back
home as wise as they started off with.  There have also been incidents
when they actually do reach Africa, but because of unprofessionally and
carelessness of the system they end up with illness or some other big
problem.

Despite of fact that Humana Estonia does not appear to do recruitment in
Estonia, I consider its activities very unethical as reseller of goods
which have been obtained using fraud and unpaid work.  It should be
stopped fast.

PS. I am not writing this all just based on what I have researched on
Web - few years ago somebody I know well was recruited to Humana school
in Norway.  Dream of Africa of course did not come true, she just
learned to sell postcards and beg money on streets very well..
