Campus California TG

Campus California TG is Tvind's latest recruitment centre, up in the remote mountains of northern California.  It has been set up by a couple of loyal Tvind cult members and opened its doors in September.  (New recruits can expect to do a lot of building projects....)

If you are a young person tempted to sign up to the bright future promised by Campus California TG's version of charity work and volunteering   -    think carefully.  You should be aware of the true story behind Campus California TG and its association with the Tvind cult   -  read the rest of this website.

Complaint about volunteers fundraising in Davis, CA

September 2003:  A Tvind Alert correspondent writes:   "Two fundraisers from CCTG are active in Davis. They plan to stay until mid-October.    They are Elmer Vaerge and Hinoshu Joshi from the Alvar project in India. The story they tell seemed interesting, and a little internet research led me to your site.

I am disapointed to learn that they may be misleading good people into donating $ to a false charity.

This new college, Tvind's third in the United States, will be an important corner stone of the Tvind empire, attracting lots of recruits and earning the cult more money.    Tvind Alert would like to hear from anyone in the US with information about its progress....

"When my son said he wanted to join the California Campus TG, I thought it was a great idea, suited for his dreams and talents.  I checked out their very well done web sites, and then tried to go deeper.  The UN does not have them (in any form of their organization) listed as a NGO in Africa.  I thought that was strange and then I found this site...if only a small portion of what you say is true, it is a pity, for Tvind, or any sub group of it, really has its pitch geared up for the ideals of some of today's youth.  I just couldn't figure why they wanted so much money AND all that work, to boot.  Not a common feature for volunteer organizations that I have ever been a part of in my life.......Can any current members point to some credible organization outside their own that supports the efforts of Tvind, Inc.?"                 - from the Guestbook
