Subject: Updating and sending weekly report
Dear Suppliers,
For the past two or three weeks I have not been able to obtain some of
the supplier's weekly reports for one reason or the other. I
usderstand some of you have been traveling and that's the reason why you
have not been able to send the reports or at least not the correct one.
It is very important that you dedicate a couple of minutes to update the
weekly report due tomorrow morning. We are finilizing another
month and we need to correctly update our database sent to Garson &
ShawUK. Please make sure to review and correct the report and try
to send it to me by noon tomorrow. Thank you for your prompt
response to this matter.
