A Tvind company which appears to have traded in boats in the 1980s.   Interestingly   -  and entirely on form   -  some of the trade was with other parts of the Tvind empire.   The money just goes around and around.....    Here is a 1988 document terminating a deal over the good ship Animos and invoking a large payment from Faelleseje to Talata.

This Agreement is made Tuesday November 8th 1988 between Talata Limited (the "Seller") and Stiftelsen Felleseie (the Purchaser).

The Seller and the Purchaser agree that the Memorandum of Agreement dated December 30th, 1987 concerning the delivery by the Seller to the Purchaser of the Vessel by the name of ANIMOS is terminated from this eight day of November 1988 subject to the following conditions:

The Purchaser pays a total of NOK 6,000,000.00 to the Seller. The payment in final and total settlement between the parties whereby the parties renounce all further claims in connection with and under the Memorandum of Agreement. The payment shall take place according to the following terms:

NOK 3,273,350.00 have already been paid from the Purchaser to the Seller and shall be included in the total payment. The Purchaser pays the remaining sum of NOK 2,725,660.00 to the SeIler before Thursday December 15th, 1988.   If the purchaser fails to pay the amount when due, default interest of 13% p.a. is payable from the date when payment was due and until the date of actual payment.

This Agreement is null and void and without prejudice to the parties if not fulfilled by the Purchaser before the end of December 1988.
