One of two companies set up by Tvind to run the One World TV Channel, cited in the Danish Police report. The other is One World Channel AS (Norway, set up by yvind Wistrom. Danish police regard All Europe Satellite TV as a 'brass plate' company 'without any proper operation,and inserted to camouflage the cash flow between the Foundation and the TV station'.

The idea for this station was invented in 1986-7. yvind Wistrom was given the job of setting up the station by Kirsten Larsen. All Europe TV was devised by Poul Jorgensen, Kirsten Larsen and Sten Byrner, Wistrom wanted a presence in Norway not Briatin so One World Channel As was set up too.
