The Council of Management, being directors for the purposes of the Companies Acts, submit their annual report and the audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 1994.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS

The companys principal activity during the year was the running of two Independent Schools. The company intends to open a third school in the near future.
